Our inspiration for the Autumn/Winter 2016/17 collection originates from one of the earliest and purest forms of design: craft. Three different approaches to craft – tailoring, sculpture and architecture – are explored and linked to sport disciplines. The result is three distinct collections each with their own identity; Impact, Adventure & Flow.

The S/S 16 edition of SPINEXPOTM explored the theme of Going Deeper on several levels, the first of which was evidenced in the trend forum which exhibited a wide range of creative options and interpretations on how the spinner's yarns can be used in a variety of ways, from handcrafted crochet and computer engineered knitwear to wovens and accessories in the form of shoes and bags that were created in collaboration with the design studio BAlilAB.
